How it works

  1. Report the breakdown

    Press BREAKDOWN. The report records your truck and, with your permission, where you are. Add what happened in words, photos, video or a voice note.

  2. See safety guidance first

    Reviewed safety guidance comes before anything else. An AI analysis then suggests possible causes, always marked as possible causes, never as a diagnosis.

  3. Get help nearby

    Ask service businesses near you, compare their quotes, message them and follow the job until it is done. You pay the business directly.

  4. Keep the record

    Each repair stays with the truck: what failed, what was done and what it cost. Share a Truck Card with any mechanic so they see the truck's details before they arrive.
